We are looking for a Welder to join our team at Microsol Constructions. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment

• Assemble, pack and inspect products as per company guidelines

• Maintain records and manage tool room inventory

• Perform preventive maintenance to avoid downtime

• Ensure safety and quality standards are followed

• Collaborate with teams for tool improvements and new mold trials

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 4 - 6+ years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.

A Welder is responsible for joining and repairing metal parts using welding equipment. The role involves reading requirements, preparing materials, and ensuring all work is completed safely and with good quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Weld metal parts according to requirements and instructions.

• Cut, shape, and prepare materials for welding.

• Inspect welded joints to ensure quality standards are met.

• Operate and maintain welding tools and equipment.

• Follow all safety rules and wear required protective equipment.

• Keep the work area clean and organized.

• Report equipment issues or safety concerns to the supervisor.
