Merchandiser

Job Title: Merchandiser (Mid-Level)

Department: Merchandising / Operations

Experience: 3–6 years in merchandising (exports / manufacturing preferred)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to manage end-to-end execution of buyer

orders during production. This role acts as the key link between buyers, product development,

and factory teams, ensuring orders are delivered on time, within quality standards, and as per

agreed specifications.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage end-to-end execution of buyer orders from order confirmation to shipment

● Coordinate with production, PD, sourcing, and QA teams for smooth order flow

● Ensure accurate interpretation of buyer requirements, techpacks, and approvals

● Track production timelines and ensure on-time delivery

● Monitor material readiness (fabrics, trims, packaging) for production

● Conduct regular follow-ups with factory teams to avoid delays

● Communicate with buyers on order status, approvals, and updates

● Handle approvals (lab dips, samples, pre-production, etc.)

● Ensure quality standards and buyer specifications are maintained during production

● Identify and resolve issues proactively to avoid delays or rework

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

● On-time order delivery (%)

● Order execution accuracy (as per buyer specs)

● Production timeline adherence

● Issue resolution time

● Buyer satisfaction and repeat orders

Skills & Qualifications

● 3–6 years of experience in merchandising (exports / manufacturing)

● Strong understanding of production processes and timelines

● Ability to read and understand techpacks and buyer requirements

● Excellent coordination and communication skills

● Strong follow-up and problem-solving ability

● Attention to detail and high ownership mindset

● Proficiency in Excel and order tracking systems
