Operate and monitor VMC machines as per production requirements.
Set up machines, tools, fixtures, and components for machining.
Load and unload components safely and efficiently.
Read and understand engineering drawings and machining instructions.
Perform tool setting and tool offset adjustments.
Monitor machining operations and ensure required dimensions are maintained.
Conduct in-process inspection using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and other measuring instruments.
Identify dimensional or machining defects and report them to the supervisor/quality team.
Maintain production targets and ensure minimum rejection/rework.
Perform basic machine troubleshooting and routine machine cleaning.
Follow 5S, safety procedures, and quality standards.
Maintain proper records of production and inspection activities.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
