Job Summary
We are looking for VMC Operators to operate and assist in the production of precision components using Vertical Machining Centre (VMC) machines. Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Key Responsibilities
Operate VMC machines for machining components as per drawings and specifications.
Load and unload components and ensure proper work holding.
Understand basic engineering drawings and measurements.
Set and monitor machine parameters as instructed.
Perform basic tool setting and tool changes.
Check component dimensions using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer and other measuring instruments.
Monitor machining operations and identify defects or abnormalities.
Maintain required quality standards and production targets.
Maintain cleanliness and safety around the machine.
Follow company safety and production procedures.
Report machine/tooling issues to the supervisor or maintenance team.
