VMC Operator – Job Opening
Position: VMC Operator
Experience: 1–5 Years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Mechanical / Machinist / Relevant Trade
Location: Katathur Pirivu - Coimbatore
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities
Operate and set up VMC machines as per production requirements.
Read and understand engineering drawings and work instructions.
Perform tool setting, tool offset, and basic machine adjustments.
Load/unload components and monitor machining operations.
Inspect components using vernier, micrometer, height gauge, and other measuring instruments.
Maintain required dimensional accuracy and quality standards.
Follow production schedules, safety procedures, and 5S practices.
Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance.
Skills Required
Good knowledge of VMC machine operation.
Knowledge of CNC controls such as Fanuc/Siemens is preferred.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Knowledge of measuring instruments and basic GD&T.
Good attention to detail and willingness to work in shifts.
Salary: ₹ 17500 to 25000 per month
Shift: Rotational
