Job Title: Tender Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing tender opportunities across various online and offline platforms. The role requires active web surfing to track the latest tenders, preparation and submission of tender documents, and effective use of AI tools to improve efficiency and accuracy. Knowledge of the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) Tender Portal will be an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities

Actively search, monitor, and identify relevant tenders from multiple online sources, portals, and websites on a daily basis

Conduct active web surfing to track newly published tenders, corrigenda, amendments, and deadlines

Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial terms

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, finance, operations) to gather required inputs

Prepare, compile, and submit complete tender documentation within stipulated timelines

Maintain a database of ongoing, submitted, won, and lost tenders

Track tender status, clarifications, pre-bid meetings, and bid results

Ensure compliance with company policies and tender requirements

Keep management informed about tender opportunities, risks, and submission status

GeM Portal (Add-On Skill)

Knowledge of the GeM Tender Portal for:

Searching and participating in government tenders

Vendor registration and profile management

Bid submission, BOQ handling, and compliance checks

Tracking orders, contracts, and tender outcomes

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any field/stream.

Proven experience in tender management or bidding processes (preferred)

Strong internet research and web surfing skills

Familiarity with online tender portals and e-procurement systems

Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to understand technical and commercial documentation

Good communication, coordination, and time-management skills

High attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines

Preferred Skills

Experience with government and PSU tenders
