WE ARE HIRING – PRODUCTION MANAGER

Industry: FMCG Manufacturing
Location: Tihu, Nalbari, Assam

Position: Production Manager

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee and manage our FMCG manufacturing operations, ensuring smooth production flow, quality compliance, and operational efficiency.

Qualification:

• B.Tech / BE in Food Technology, or

• B.Tech / BE in Chemical Engineering

• Candidates must have strong FMCG manufacturing experience

Experience Required:

• Prior experience in FMCG Manufacturing

• Experience in Food & Beverages / Dairy / Bakery / Snacks

• Hands-on exposure to production planning, process control, and shop-floor management

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day production activities and achieve production targets

• Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and safety norms

• Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams

• Improve productivity, reduce wastage, and control production costs

• Supervise production staff and manage shift operations

Salary:

• ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)

Location Preference:

• Candidates willing to work at Tihu, Nalbari are preferred
