Job Summary

We are looking for a Diploma Fresher to join our team as a Supervisor. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day production activities, coordinating with operators and team members, ensuring production targets are achieved, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production and shop-floor activities.

• Allocate work to operators and monitor their performance.

• Ensure production targets are achieved as per the planned schedule.

• Monitor machine operations and report any abnormalities or breakdowns.

• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores teams.

• Ensure products are manufactured according to quality standards and work instructions.

• Maintain daily production reports, attendance, and shift records.

• Monitor material availability and inform the concerned team about shortages.

• Ensure proper handling and usage of machines, tools, and materials.

• Follow company safety procedures and ensure safe working practices on the shop floor.

• Identify production issues and escalate them to the concerned senior team members.

• Maintain 5S and housekeeping standards in the work area.

• Support continuous improvement and productivity improvement activities.

• Ensure proper handover of activities between shifts.

Qualification

• Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing / Automobile / Electrical / Electronics Engineering or a relevant discipline.

• Diploma freshers are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.

• Basic understanding of machines, tools, and shop-floor operations.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.

• Ability to manage and coordinate with operators and workmen.

• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Willingness to work in shifts.

• Strong discipline, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
