# JOB DESCRIPTION – WOODEN SUPERVISOR

Job Title: Wooden Supervisor

Location: Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Department: Production / Wooden Furniture Manufacturing

Experience: 3–5 Years

Salary: As per experience and interview

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / 12th Pass (Relevant experience preferred)

### Job Responsibilities

- Supervise daily wooden furniture production and manufacturing activities.

- Manage carpenters, helpers, and other production workers.

- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the required schedule.

- Understand furniture drawings, designs, cutting lists, and layouts.

- Monitor cutting, assembly, fitting, polishing, and finishing work.

- Ensure proper utilization of raw materials and minimize material wastage.

- Maintain product quality and ensure work is completed as per specifications.

- Coordinate with the design, store, and production departments.

- Maintain daily production reports and worker attendance.

- Ensure workplace safety, discipline, and timely completion of orders.

### Required Skills

- Good knowledge of wooden furniture manufacturing.

- Experience in handling a team of carpenters and helpers.

- Knowledge of cutting plans, measurements, and furniture drawings.

- Ability to manage production schedules and solve shop-floor problems.

- Good communication and team management skills.

### Preferred Candidate

A candidate with practical experience in wooden furniture manufacturing, production supervision, and team handling will be preferred.
