Key Responsibilities:
Store Management:
Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and product display standards.
Train and supervise store staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate records of stock levels, sales, and purchases.
Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
Work with suppliers to place orders for stock and manage supplier relationships.
Ensure proper storage and handling of inventory to minimize damage or loss.
Order Processing:
Process and fulfill customer orders (both in-store and online) in a timely manner.
Coordinate with shipping and delivery services for order dispatch.
Track and manage the status of customer orders, ensuring prompt delivery.
Ensure order accuracy, including verifying product details, quantities, and customer information.
Sales Support:
Assist customers in product selection and provide product knowledge.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and sales techniques.
Help achieve sales targets by promoting in-store promotions and upselling products.
Reports & Analysis:
Generate and analyze inventory and sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Report to management on stock levels, sales performance, and any operational challenges.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail, store management, inventory control, or order processing.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in inventory management software, POS systems, and MS Office (Excel, Word).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
