Job Title: Production Associate (ITI Fresher/Pass Out)

Salary & Benefits: CTC 19,785 per month

Canteen Facility Two free meals & two cups of tea (provided by the company)

Accommodation: Shared rooms on rent from1,200-1500/month (paid directly to the owner)

Transportation: Other Facilities Bus facility available at 750/month (deducted from salary)

Open area gym and vending machine for quick snacks

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery efficiently.

• Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards.

• Assist in assembly, inspection, and packaging of solar panels.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area.

Candidate Requirements: 10th or 12th and ITI Any Qualification

• ITI (Fitter / Electrician / Welder / Relevant Trade) – Fresher can apply.

• Basic knowledge of machine operations and safety procedures.

• Willingness to work in shifts in a manufacturing setup.

• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
