Sourcing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Product Launch & Trading who has hands-on experience in launching new products (such as slime, clay, slate, skates or similar consumer products) in the trading segment. The candidate should be skilled in market coordination, vendor handling, documentation, and launch support activities from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• New products ke end-to-end launch process ko handle karna (idea se market rollout tak)

• Trading products jaise slime, clay, slate, skates ya similar categories ka market research & feasibility analysis

• Vendors / manufacturers ke saath price negotiation, sampling, and finalization

• Product-related documentation handle karna:

  • Product specifications

  • Costing sheets

  • Purchase orders

  • Compliance & basic regulatory documents

• Cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, logistics) ke saath coordination

• Product packaging, labeling, and branding inputs dena

• Market trends, competitor analysis aur product performance tracking

• Inventory planning aur initial stock management support

• New product ke liye launch strategy & timeline follow-up

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• New product launch ka practical experience (Trading background preferred)

• Strong understanding of trading operations & supply chain flow

• Documentation aur data handling me strong command (Excel, reports, MIS)

• Vendor & internal team ke saath effective communication skills

• Basic knowledge of costing, pricing & margins

• Market-oriented mindset aur problem-solving ability

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Trading / FMCG / Toys / Stationery / Sports goods / Similar industry experience

• Product categories jaise slime, clay, slate, skates ya related products par kaam kiya ho

• Organized, detail-oriented aur deadline-driven

• New ideas aur product innovation ke liye proactive approach
