Job Title: Project Supervisor (Furniture Industry)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise ongoing furniture production and site installation work

• Coordinate with production, design, and purchase teams for smooth workflow

• Ensure all work is completed as per drawings and client specifications

• Monitor quality standards of solid wood, plywood, veneer, laminate, and hardware

• Plan and track daily activities and manpower at site and factory

• Ensure timely delivery and installation of furniture

• Solve production or site-related problems efficiently

• Maintain material stock and prevent wastage

• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports

• Ensure safety standards are followed at site and workshop

• Communicate with clients regarding project status and updates

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of furniture manufacturing and finishing processes

• Good understanding of materials: solid wood, plywood, MDF, veneer, laminate, hardware fittings

• Ability to read technical drawings and layouts

• Basic knowledge of tools, machinery, and carpentry work

• Good leadership and team management skills

• Effective communication and problem-solving ability

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting)
