📢 Urgent Hiring – Site Supervisor (Male)
📍 Job Location: Kasna, Greater Noida
💼 Position: Site Supervisor
💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
👨 Gender: Male Only
📅 Experience: 2-4 Years
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day activities at construction/project sites.
Ensure work is completed according to project specifications and timelines.
Monitor labor, contractors, and material usage at the site.
Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and clients for smooth execution.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards.
Prepare daily work progress reports and maintain site documentation.
Resolve on-site issues and ensure uninterrupted workflow.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Required Skills:
1–3 years of experience as a site supervisor.
Willingness to relocate as per project requirements.
Comfortable with frequent site visits and fieldwork.
Good knowledge of site execution, supervision, and coordination.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to read and understand site drawings is an added advantage.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office for reporting.
Eligibility:
A diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in civil engineering or a relevant field is preferred.
Candidates with relevant site supervision experience may also apply.
Must have a valid driving license (preferred).
