JD for Quality Assurance

 1.Awareness of ISO 9001:2015 & documentation

2.carry out complete inspection activities,inward,in-process & final inspection.

3.Should be able to conduct vendor quality audits

4.Knowledge of Rejection PPM, 8D ,COPQ.

5.Knowledge of  Problem solving skill   like 7QC tools  & 5 Core tools  PPAP,FMEA,APQP,MSA,SPC etc.

6.Knowledge of In-process Inspection & Rejection records & rejection analysis.

7.Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques like 3M,KAI-ZEN ,POKA yoke, 4M & 5S.

8.Knowledge of instruments & Gauges handling.

9.Knowledge of Drawing , GD &T , &  Setup Approval.

10.knowledge of customer complaint handling.

11.knowledge of CAPA & Red Bin Analysis.

12.knowledge about Instruments error,Calibration & Instruments & Gauges history cards.

13.knowledge of process and product audit & to address non-conformity, major, minor finding.

14.Good communication skills & Proactive approach.

15.Good knowledge of MS Office & ERP software.
