We are looking for a Quality Control Engineer to join our team at Stimex Engineers. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, maintain, and update quality documents (SOPs, Work Instructions, Formats, Records, etc.)
Maintain proper document control system (version control, approvals, revisions)
Ensure all documents are audit-ready for internal and external audits
Maintain daily production and quality reports
Handle inspection reports, test reports, and quality records
Ensure compliance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001)
Coordinate with different departments for data collection
Maintain Non-Conformance (NC) records and CAPA documentation
Manage both physical and digital filing systems
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
Basic understanding of Quality Management Systems (ISO preferred)
Good communication skills
Detail-oriented and well-organized
