Quality Control & Process Engineer
Ensure dimensional accuracy, weld quality, and compliance with customer drawings/specifications.
Coordinate First Article Inspection (FAI), in-process checks, and final inspection.
Monitor rejection, rework, and quality performance metrics.
Implement Kaizen and Lean initiatives aligned with Toyota Production System principles.
Identify bottlenecks and optimize fabrication processes (Laser, Bending, Welding, Assembly).
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
Support ISO documentation and customer audits.
Requirements:
Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical/Production Engineering.
3–8 years’ experience in sheet metal fabrication quality.
Strong knowledge of GD&T, welding inspection, and measuring instruments.
Experience in Lean manufacturing / continuous improvement preferred.
