Key Responsibilities
Conduct quality inspections of products received from vendors.
Check product packaging, labeling, and specifications.
Monitor compliance with company SOPs and quality standards.
Perform store, warehouse, and inventory quality audits.
Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality records.
Identify defects, non-conformities, and quality issues.
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams for corrective actions.
Handle customer quality complaints and investigate root causes.
Ensure adherence to regulatory and safety requirements.
Skills Required

Documentation and report preparation.
