Production Head – Steel Fabrication & Wooden Furniture

Location: Site V, Kasna, Greater Noida

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience

Job Overview

Anand Furnitures is looking for an experienced Production Head to manage and supervise production activities related to steel fabrication and wooden furniture manufacturing.

The candidate should have prior experience in the same or a closely related furniture/fabrication industry and should be capable of independently managing manpower, production schedules, quality and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day production of steel fabricated and wooden furniture products.

Plan production schedules according to orders and delivery commitments.

Supervise workers, fabricators, carpenters and other production staff.

Allocate manpower and monitor daily production targets.

Ensure proper utilization of raw materials and minimize wastage.

Monitor fabrication, welding, carpentry, finishing and assembly activities.

Maintain required quality standards throughout the production process.

Coordinate with purchase, stores, dispatch and site teams.

Ensure orders are completed within committed timelines.

Identify production bottlenecks and take corrective action.

Maintain discipline, safety and productivity on the factory floor.

Provide regular production updates to management.

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience in steel fabrication, wooden furniture or furniture manufacturing is mandatory.

Candidates from the same industry will be strongly preferred.

Strong knowledge of factory/production operations.

Ability to manage workers and multiple production activities simultaneously.

Good understanding of quality control and production planning.

Hands-on, responsible and capable of handling the production unit independently.

Preferred Profile: Production Head / Production Supervisor / Factory Supervisor from a furniture manufacturing, steel fabrication or related company.
