✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma (as applicable)

• Gender: Male

• Age: 18 to 28 Years

• Experience: Freshers Only

⏰ Working Hours

• 9 Hours Shift

• Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

💰 Stipend

• ₹17,500 per Month (Including ₹1,500 DBT Amount)

🔧 Roles & Responsibilities

Tool Room

• Operate machine and measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments.

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manuals.

• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all operations.

• Follow standard operating procedures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Adhere to safety guidelines and continuous improvement practices.

• Perform pre-operation checks to ensure equipment readiness.

• Maintain workplace cleanliness and sanitation standards.

Machine Shop

• Maintain punctuality, discipline, and regular attendance.

• Follow daily 5S practices and maintain workstations.

• Take responsibility for product quality during manufacturing.

• Perform part loading and unloading operations.

• Inspect manufactured parts to ensure quality standards are met.

• Segregate and store OK, Rework, and NG (Not Good) parts properly.

• Report daily production output and work status to the supervisor.

• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
