Job Title: Designer cum R&D Associate– Uniform & Product Development
Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad
Salary: ₹3–4 LPA
Experience: 1–3 Years
Work: Full-time, Work From Office, Monday–Saturday, 9:30 AM–6:30 PM
Education: Fashion Design / Fashion Technology / Apparel Design / Textile Design

Job Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for designing uniforms and apparel for different industry segments, including:

• Corporate Uniforms

• Hotel & Hospitality Uniforms

• Healthcare Apparel

• Workwear

• Industry-Specific Uniforms

The role involves creating new designs, researching fabrics and trims, developing samples, preparing Tech Packs and BOMs, evaluating garment construction and fit, and coordinating with the production team to ensure designs are practical and production-ready.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of apparel and uniform design

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop (Mandatory)

• Knowledge of garment construction and fabrics

• Experience in technical sketching

• Knowledge of Tech Packs and BOM preparation

• Understanding of apparel product development

• Ability to coordinate with production teams and vendors

• Creative thinking and attention to detail

Portfolio showcasing your previous apparel, uniform, technical sketching, or product development work is mandatory.
