Job Responsibilities
Supervise daily manufacturing and production activities.
Manage and guide workers on the production floor.
Allocate work and ensure production targets are completed on time.
Monitor product quality and manufacturing processes.
Check raw materials and ensure proper material usage.
Maintain daily production and worker attendance records.
Coordinate with management regarding production requirements and issues.
Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness and discipline.
Monitor packing, loading and dispatch of finished products.
Report daily production status to management.
Requirements
Previous experience in a manufacturing/production environment preferred.
Good knowledge of production and worker management.
Ability to handle and supervise a team.
Basic knowledge of inventory and quality control.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsible, punctual and disciplined.
Candidates from earthing, electrical, metal or manufacturing industries will be preferred.
