Job Title: Packing Machine Operator

Location: Kasna Site 4, Greater Noida

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Experience: 2–3 Years

Industry: FMCG (Wheat Flour / Atta Processing & Packaging – Silo-Based Operations)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Packing Machine Operator to handle automated and semi-automated packaging machines used for wheat flour (atta) and similar FMCG products. The candidate should have hands-on experience in silo-based material handling systems and ensure smooth, efficient, and hygienic packing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor packing machines for wheat flour and related FMCG products

Handle silo-based bulk material transfer to packing lines

Ensure accurate weight, sealing, and labeling of packaged products

Perform routine machine checks and basic troubleshooting

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards as per FMCG norms

Minimize downtime and ensure continuous production flow

Coordinate with maintenance team for major breakdowns

Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Maintain production records and daily reports

Required Skills:

Experience in FMCG or food packaging industry (atta/flour preferred)

Knowledge of packing machines (automatic/semi-automatic)

Understanding of silo operations and bulk handling systems

Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills

Attention to detail for weight accuracy and packaging quality

Ability to work in shifts and under production targets

Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
