Track Soldering Technician
Job Summary: Responsible for soldering electrical components, wires, connectors, and circuit board tracks according to technical specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Perform soldering and de-soldering of electronic components and wiring.
Repair damaged PCB (Printed Circuit Board) tracks and connections.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructions.
Inspect solder joints for quality, accuracy, and reliability.
Use soldering irons, rework stations, and testing equipment.
Conduct continuity and functionality testing after soldering work.
Maintain tools and workstations in compliance with safety standards.
Identify and report defects or production issues.
Knowledge of soldering techniques and electronic assembly.
Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
Familiarity with PCB repair and wire harness assembly.
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Understanding of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) and safety procedures.
