Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor the CPP (Cast Polypropylene) film extrusion machine as per production requirements.
Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
Monitor machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, thickness, and line speed.
Conduct routine machine inspections and report any abnormalities or breakdowns.
Maintain film quality by checking gauge, width, appearance, and other specifications.
Perform roll changing, material feeding, and startup/shutdown activities.
Minimize production wastage and optimize machine efficiency.
Maintain production records, shift reports, and quality documentation.
Follow safety procedures, housekeeping standards, and company policies.
Coordinate with the Quality and Maintenance teams to resolve production issues.
