Key Responsibilities-

Assist in production and assembly activities as per work instructions.
Assemble electrical panels, motor starters, and related products.
Read and understand basic electrical drawings and work instructions.
Support wiring, fitting, drilling, crimping, and component mounting activities.
Perform basic inspection and quality checks during production.
Follow production schedules and achieve daily production targets.
Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow 5S practices.
Report any machine, quality, or safety issues to the supervisor.
Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, and Maintenance teams.
