About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and talented Electronics Engineers with strong programming skills in Python and C++ to join our Telecom Engineering team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and professionals with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about wireless communication, networking technologies, automation, and software development.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain software applications using Python and C++.
Support testing, validation, and troubleshooting of telecom network equipment.
Develop automation scripts for network testing and performance monitoring.
Analyze network logs and identify system issues.
Work with engineering teams to debug hardware and software integration issues.
Participate in product verification, feature testing, and system validation.
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and test cases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and performance.
Required Skills
Strong programming knowledge in Python and C++.
Good understanding of Data Structures and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
Basic knowledge of Linux operating system and shell scripting.
Familiarity with networking concepts such as TCP/IP, UDP, Routing, Switching, and Ethernet.
Understanding of telecom technologies such as 4G LTE, 5G, VoLTE, RF, Wireless Communication, or Mobile Networks is an added advantage.
Good debugging and analytical problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Educational Qualification
B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication (ECE), Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical & Electronics, Instrumentation, or related engineering discipline.
2024, 2025, and 2026 graduates are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Nokia, Huawei, Ericsson, ZTE, or other telecom equipment.
Exposure to Git, Jira, or version control tools.
Basic understanding of automation frameworks.
Internship or academic project in telecom, embedded systems, networking, or Python development will be an advantage.
