About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and talented Electronics Engineers with strong programming skills in Python and C++ to join our Telecom Engineering team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and professionals with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about wireless communication, networking technologies, automation, and software development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software applications using Python and C++.

• Support testing, validation, and troubleshooting of telecom network equipment.

• Develop automation scripts for network testing and performance monitoring.

• Analyze network logs and identify system issues.

• Work with engineering teams to debug hardware and software integration issues.

• Participate in product verification, feature testing, and system validation.

• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and test cases.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and performance.

Required Skills

• Strong programming knowledge in Python and C++.

• Good understanding of Data Structures and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

• Basic knowledge of Linux operating system and shell scripting.

• Familiarity with networking concepts such as TCP/IP, UDP, Routing, Switching, and Ethernet.

• Understanding of telecom technologies such as 4G LTE, 5G, VoLTE, RF, Wireless Communication, or Mobile Networks is an added advantage.

• Good debugging and analytical problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Educational Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication (ECE), Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical & Electronics, Instrumentation, or related engineering discipline.

• 2024, 2025, and 2026 graduates are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Nokia, Huawei, Ericsson, ZTE, or other telecom equipment.

• Exposure to Git, Jira, or version control tools.

• Basic understanding of automation frameworks.

• Internship or academic project in telecom, embedded systems, networking, or Python development will be an advantage.
