मैन्युफैक्चरिंग फिटर

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Fitter for our machine manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for fitting, assembling and aligning mechanical components, machine structures and sub-assemblies used in paper bag and printing machinery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform mechanical fitting and assembly of machine components as per engineering drawings.

2. Assemble machine parts, frames, shafts, bearings, gears, pulleys, rollers and other mechanical components.

3. Carry out drilling, tapping, grinding, filing and deburring operations.

4. Perform machine alignment, leveling and fitting of mechanical assemblies.

5. Read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings and measurements.

6. Ensure proper fitting, clearance and alignment of moving machine parts.

7. Assist in machine installation, testing and commissioning.

8. Identify and rectify mechanical fitting and assembly issues.

9. Coordinate with the production, fabrication and quality departments.

10. Maintain tools, equipment and workplace safety standards.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of mechanical fitting and machine assembly.

• Experience in machine manufacturing industries.

• Knowledge of bearings, shafts, gears, couplings and pneumatic components.

• Ability to read mechanical drawings.

• Hands-on experience with drilling, tapping, grinding and fitting tools.

• Knowledge of Vernier Caliper, Micrometer and other measuring instruments.

• Understanding of machine alignment and assembly.
