Electrical Engineer

We are looking for a Electrical Engineer to join our team at Parasrampuria Engineers Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems, machinery, and production equipment.

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.

• Diagnose electrical faults and implement effective corrective actions.

• Install, test, and commission electrical panels, motors, drives, and control systems.

• Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.

• Support production teams in resolving electrical and automation-related issues.

• Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations and company policies.

• Coordinate with maintenance, production, and quality teams for smooth plant operations.

• Maintain maintenance records, reports, and equipment documentation.

• Identify and implement energy-saving and process improvement initiatives.

• Assist in new equipment installation, commissioning, and plant expansion projects.

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for electrical work and spare parts procurement.

• Ensure availability of critical electrical spare parts and inventory control.

Required Qualifications

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 4 - 6 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
