Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager to join our team at Parasrampuria Engineers Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.

• Develop new customers and expand business in assigned territory/industry.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts.

• Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and price negotiations.

• Coordinate with production, dispatch, and planning teams for order fulfillment.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.

• Follow up on payments and ensure timely collection.

• Support in marketing activities, exhibitions, and client visits.

• Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Identify new business opportunities and product requirements.

• Work closely with senior sales management for strategy execution.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 4 - 6 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
