We are looking for a construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Smartshine Llp. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the Construction site. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.
Key Responsibilities:
supervise daily construction activities
Ensure quality and safety standards
co ordinate with Contractors and authorities
Monitor progress & prepare reports
Resolve technical issues on-site
Government project experience is added advantage
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma or Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering and 3 - 5 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
