Requirement for Civil Engineer/Architecture

salary -20k to 40k,

Key Responsibilities:-

Civil Engineer/Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, supervising, and coordinating construction projects while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with applicable building codes and regulations.

• Prepare architectural and structural drawings, layouts, and construction plans.

• Review project requirements and develop cost-effective design solutions.

• Supervise construction activities and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and government authorities.

• Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards.

• Prepare project estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and material specifications.

• Verify measurements and certify contractor bills.

• Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and safety requirements.

• Resolve technical issues arising during construction.

• Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

• 4–8 years of relevant experience (or as required).

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, STAAD Pro, ETABS, MS Project, or similar design/project management software.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building materials, and structural principles.
