Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities and develop relationships with OEMs, EMS companies, manufacturers, distributors, and industrial customers.
Promote and sell electronic components and industrial electronic products.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and technical discussions.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business.
Coordinate with the Production, Purchase, and Logistics teams to ensure timely order execution.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer visit reports.
Resolve customer queries and coordinate after-sales support.
