Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated IT Interns who are eager to start their careers in the IT industry. This role offers structured training, hands-on project exposure, and a clear pathway to a permanent Work From Home position based on performance.

Internship Structure:

• First 3 Months: Unpaid Internship (Training & Learning Phase)

• Next 3 Months: Paid Internship (Stipend Provided)

• Post Internship: Permanent WFH role based on performance

• CTC: Performance-based (discussed at confirmation stage)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in software development, testing, or IT support activities

• Work on assigned tasks/projects under team guidance

• Learn and apply technical concepts and tools

• Debug and troubleshoot basic technical issues

• Maintain documentation and follow project guidelines

• Collaborate with team members remotely and meet deadlines

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers only

• Any Degree with Computer/IT background mandatory

• Basic knowledge of programming, software, or IT concepts

• Willingness to learn new technologies

• Good communication and time management skills

• Reliable internet connection for remote work
