Skills & Qualifications:

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, internet browsing, email).
Typing speed and accuracy.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain records.
Minimum qualification: 10+2 or graduation (depending on CSC requirements).
