
Office 365 administration
· Ensuring the operational health of the Exchange online (o365) environment including security, availability, performance, interoperability and reliability
· Administration, support and configuration of MS Office O365 for staff
· Maintenance/sustainment of existing client o365 Domain
· Administer and support an enterprise-level Microsoft office 365 infrastructure
· Troubleshoot Exchange online related issues
· Hands-on experience migrating to Office 365
· Experience managing and remediating Active Directory
· Demonstrable knowledge of migration best practices and troubleshooting
· Experience designing and troubleshooting complex mail routing scenarios .
· Experience with 3rd party migration tools from companies such as Dell software.
· Hands on experience with Cloud Identity and Security Technologies – EMS, Federation Services, and Identity management.
· Hands on experience in complex messaging migration scenarios, including Hybrid Office 365 configuration.
· Expert level PowerShell capabilities
· Experience in project management technologies and process
· Provide tier 1 and tier 2 support and troubleshooting
· Troubleshoot various Office 365 issues including connectivity and mobility
Qualifications
· Experience administering O365, Exchange, Azure Active Directory
· Help desk experience and ability to provide technical and end-user support
· General knowledge of networking – IP, DNS, SMTP,ADFS
· 3-5 years of IT experience
