We have an immediate requirement for the IT Helpdesk position
Mandate - Fluent or average English communication skills with Avg
technical helpdesk knowledge
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle inbound technical helpdesk calls and tickets from US-based clients.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory for US client
interaction).
• Understand technical issues reported by users and provide first-level troubleshooting as per defined SOPs.
• Log, categorize, and prioritize incidents and service requests accurately on the
ticketing platform.
• Ensure proper documentation of issues, actions taken, and resolution details in the
ticket system.
• Ability to understand customer issues, analyze problems, and follow defined
processes.
• Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts as per US time zones.
