Role Overview

As our 2D/3D Graphic Designer, you will conceptualize and execute stunning visual assets for digital campaigns, interactive media, packaging, and brand identities. You will bridge the gap between flat design and immersive 3D environments, transforming creative briefs into compelling visual narratives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Execution: Create high-quality 2D graphics (social media assets, marketing collateral, UI elements) and immersive 3D models, textures, animations, and renderings.

• Concept Development: Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm campaign concepts, mood boards, and storyboards.

• Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual materials align with brand guidelines while continuously elevating the aesthetic standard.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and product teams to deliver cohesive visual solutions on tight deadlines.

• Asset Optimization: Prepare and optimize 3D assets for real-time engines, web, AR/VR, or high-resolution print production.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing both 2D and 3D work.

• Software Mastery: Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and 3D software (Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or ZBrush).

• Design Fundamentals: Exceptional command of composition, color theory, lighting, typography, and spatial awareness.

• Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, handle feedback gracefully, and adapt to shifting project scopes.

• Bonus Skills: Experience with Unreal Engine, motion design, or UI/UX principles is a strong plus.
