Job Responsibility
· Oversee conceptualization of design projects
· Create execution plans for different clients and see them through to completion
· Conceptualise original and unique designs and illustrations
· Conceptualize visuals based on requirements generating creative ideas for clients
· Choose the right images, typography, graphics and layouts for the project
· Ensure the products created are user-friendly and convey brand consistency with all projects
· Coordinate between marketing and design teams to ensure smooth flow of work
· Stay up to date with the changing trends in the field and best practices
· Be an important part in ideation of campaigns for social media promotions to meet business goals and coordinate with client to understand business requirements
· Ensure the design team and junior designers are producing quality work
Job Requisites
· Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work
· Good knowledge in Animation, Video Editing, Voice syncing, Footage, Camera Shoot & video content for use on social media platforms
· Good command over design techniques and visual elements
· Good aesthetic sense, creative thinking with attention to detail
· Ability to lead a team in a time-bound environment
· Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills
· Good knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator & Premiere Pro
Qualification
· UG : Any Graduate - Any Specialization
· PG : Any Postgraduate
