Hiring – Team Leader (Field Sales)

💼 Designation: Team Leader – Field Sales

📍 Location: Chandigarh

💰 Salary: ₹35,000 In-Hand + ₹3,900 Petrol Allowance + Attractive Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of Field Sales Officers (FOS).

Drive merchant onboarding for QR Code, Soundbox, and other merchant services.

Monitor daily team performance and ensure target achievement.

Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team.

Conduct field visits and support the team in closing merchant acquisitions.

Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.

Coordinate with the Area Sales Manager for business growth.

Eligibility:

Graduate preferred.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in team handling/field sales.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Smartphone and two-wheeler required.
