Job Description: Sales & Marketing Executive (Paint & Powder Coating)

Department: Sales & Business Development
Reporting To: Sales Manager
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

🎯 Job Purpose

Drive business growth by acquiring new B2B clients and managing existing industrial accounts for our liquid paints, powder coatings, and surface treatment solutions.

📋 Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Development: Identify and secure new B2B clients across metal fabrication, automotive components, and manufacturing industries.

  • Client Visits & Demos: Conduct regular field visits to meet plant heads and purchase managers, arranging product trials and sample demonstrations.

  • Account Management: Build long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat orders and handle timely payment collections.

  • Technical Liaison: Coordinate between clients and the internal technical team to resolve application issues or specific coating requirements.

  • Market Tracking: Monitor competitor pricing, product updates, and market trends to report back to management.
