We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) for Electronic Components to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, secure design wins, and manage relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) providers, and distributors. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical understanding of semiconductor and electronic components alongside a proven track record in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

• New Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across key sectors like automotive, industrial electronics, IoT, medical devices, and consumer electronics. [1, 2, 3]

• Account & Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with engineering, procurement, and management teams at OEM and EMS companies.

• Product Promotion: Present and pitch a wide range of products including , capacitors

• Design-In & Design-Win Lifecycle: Collaborate closely with clients' R&D and product development teams to integrate our components into their new product designs.

• Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from initial inquiry and Request for Quotation (RFQ) processing to commercial negotiation, order execution, and payment collection.

• Market & Competitor Intelligence: Track industry trends, emerging technologies, competitor pricing, and market shifts to provide feedback to leadership.
