The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing field executives, building customer relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales executives and field officers.

• Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve company targets.

• Promote chit fund schemes to prospective clients and build long-term customer relationships.

• Organize local marketing campaigns and awareness drives.

• Monitor team performance and provide training or support where needed.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in financial services or chit funds.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
