Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Officer (BDO) to join our Erode branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring customers, and promoting our chit fund schemes in and around the Erode region.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and explain VVRS chit fund schemes to prospective customers.

• Identify and generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and local networking.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

• Meet monthly sales and collection targets.

• Support branch activities including marketing campaigns and client servicing.

• Maintain proper records of daily visits, leads, and conversions.

 Required Qualifications:

• Minimum education: graduate in any stream.

• 2-5 years of experience in , or customer-facing roles.

• Good communication skills in Tamil; basic English is a plus.

• Candidates from Erode or nearby localities are preferred.

• Two-wheeler with valid license is mandatory.
