We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential clients, and converting prospects into successful real estate transactions through effective telephonic communication.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases and generated leads
Identify and qualify potential buyers and investors interested in residential/commercial properties
Research and build a pipeline of potential clients through various channels
Present property details, features, pricing, and investment opportunities to prospects over the phone
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties from the portfolio
Schedule site visits and property viewings for interested clients
Follow up with leads consistently to nurture relationships and close sales
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Outstanding phone etiquette and communication skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence
Good understanding of real estate market dynamics
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Strong organizational and time management skills
