Projexis is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our Real Estate sales team. The role involves client handling, site visits, lead follow-ups, and closing property deals in Noida and nearby regions.
Handle incoming inquiries from portals, calls, and walk-in clients
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties
Conduct site visits and coordinate with clients
Follow up with prospects and maintain client relationships
Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and deal closure
Maintain daily sales reports and CRM updates
Minimum 1 years of experience in sales (freshers with good communication may apply)
Must have own conveyance (mandatory for site visits)
Good communication and convincing skills
Comfortable with field sales and client meetings
Basic knowledge of Noida real estate market is an advantage
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
