Job responsibilities -
Product Promotion & Sales
Promote Ortho products ( devices, or equipment) to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets assigned by the company.
Market Development
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
Create awareness and demand for company products in the assigned territory.
Doctor & Chemist Visits
Visit doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies regularly.
Detail product benefits, usage, dosage, and side effects clearly.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain records of daily calls, appointments, and sales achievements.
Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to the Area Sales Manager.
Market Intelligence
Gather competitor information (pricing, new launches, promotional activities).
Share field insights with management for strategy planning.
Training & Knowledge Update
Stay updated about new products, medical knowledge, and industry trends.
Attend training sessions provided by the company.
Customer Relationship Management
Organize CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), product presentations, and doctor meetings.
Handle objections and provide after-sales service when needed.
