JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Franchise Sales Executive
Location: Chennai
Work Days: Monday to Saturday
Work Mode: Work-from-Office (WFO)
Language Requirement
Fluent in English and Tamil (Hindi will be a brownie point).
Immediate joiners only.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify, source, and convert new franchise leads across targeted regions.
2. Manage the complete business development funnel — from lead
generation and outreach to final deal closure.
3. Conduct detailed market research to identify emerging opportunities,
competitor trends, and potential franchise locations.
4. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless onboarding
and long-term success of franchise partners.
5. Maintain updated CRM pipelines, track follow-ups, and prepare weekly
performance and lead reports.
Key Requirements
1. Proven experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or
Franchise Sales.
2. Working knowledge of computers, social media platforms, and internet
mining tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar
databases is desirable.
3. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (verbal and
written).
4. Highly result-oriented, hardworking, and motivated by performance-
driven targets.
5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
