We are seeking passionate and driven Field Agents to join our team and help expand our network of restaurants, clubs, and lounges. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales, negotiation, and business onboarding, particularly within the food and beverage industry. This position involves traveling across assigned areas to build partnerships, pitch our platform’s benefits, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for every partner.
Key responsibilities include identifying potential outlets, conducting meetings with owners and managers, negotiating mutually beneficial deals, and maintaining detailed records of visits, leads, and conversions. Field Agents will also perform price comparisons to ensure competitive listings and support the company’s brand presence across local markets. Achieving weekly and monthly onboarding targets will be a key success metric for this role.
Candidates should have 6 months to 2 years of field sales or partnership development experience, preferably in the F&B sector. Strong communication skills, persuasive negotiation ability, and a deep understanding of local market dynamics are essential. A personal bike and valid driving license are mandatory for field travel.
