• Lead, train, and manage a team of 10 field executives.
• Ensure individual and team targets are achieved.
• Monitor daily field operations and performance.
• Motivate and mentor team members to deliver consistent results.
• Report team progress and results to management.
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or field operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
• Goal-oriented and performance-driven attitude.
• Willingness to travel locally for supervision.
